Organization Change Management:
 
Usually organizational change is provoked by some major outside driving force, such as new organizational leadership, a changing legislative environment, or substantial cuts in funding.  Typically there are strong resistances to change. Since organization-wide change often goes against how members of an organization believe things should be done, successful change must involve top executives, such as the organization’s CFO or CIO.
Constellation’s management consulting services can help your organization determine the best strategy to get from where it is today to where it wants to be in the future. Constellation will work with you to assess your organization’s plans for change, conduct a gap analysis, identify potential barriers to change, develop a communications plan, and then put a structured strategic plan in place.   Our approach is to use “champions” within the organization to help actualize the change vision into a realistic “on the ground” plan, to bolster communications, and to assist with education.
